Important Points to Note

Personalized Item: Personalized garments cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Print Size: The size of your flocking is automatically adjusted to the number of characters for an optimal result. To give you an idea:

• 3 characters: approximately 9 cm wide.                                                                                                                            
• 5-6 characters: approximately 5 cm wide.                                                                                                                              
• More than 10 characters: between 2 and 3 cm wide.                                                                                                            

Validation: If your text is too long, we will contact you to ensure that the quality of the flocking is not compromised.
