Delivery Information
We prepare and ship your orders with the greatest care so you receive them as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our delivery methods.
How are our delivery times calculated?
To estimate your delivery date, two elements must be added together:
Preparation time (1 to 3 business days): This is the time our team needs to validate, prepare, pack and hand over your parcel to the carrier.
Carrier delivery time: This is the time it takes the carrier (Colissimo or Chronopost) to deliver the parcel to your home once it has been shipped.
The total delivery time is therefore: Preparation time + Carrier delivery time.

Additional Information
Order tracking As soon as your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track its progress at any time from your customer account.
If you are absent during delivery (Colissimo) The postal carrier will leave a notice in your mailbox. You will then have 15 days to collect your parcel from the indicated Post Office. Be sure to check the online tracking, as it can happen that the notice cannot be left.
Customs Fees (for deliveries outside the European Union) For deliveries to overseas territories (DOM-TOM) and internationally, customs duties may be applied upon receipt of the parcel. These charges are your responsibility, and their amount, which depends on each country's regulations, cannot be determined in advance.
Product Restrictions For air transport safety reasons, certain products such as cold spray canisters cannot be shipped outside mainland France.
