Manufacturing and Delivery Times:
You can fill out your requests directly in the customization tab, or choose to fill out the file available for download directly on our website. Minimum waiting time is 15 days. If your embroidered belt is part of an order on our website and you wish to have it shipped separately, an additional fee of €5 will be required.
IMPORTANT:
Belts that have been customized with embroidery cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are defective.
Please note that the more characters there are, the smaller the size of the embroidery will be.
If we consider the number of characters to be too large relative to the width and length of your belt, we will contact you to validate the embroidery design or suggest adjustments.
